This is how I burst a leeetle 7mm hole in my eardrum. Except you have to twist me around 180 degrees so I am headfirst, then twist me 90 degrees on the other axis so I fall ear first. Because this photo was not taken when I burst my eardrum. It was taken a week later, when I re-infected my eardrum.
