hey christopher-
thanks again for the great interview. it occurred to me that the ‘comment’ option of a blog like mine (or yours) is a great place to continue conversation, administer an extended rant, etc., kind of like how david foster wallace uses the footnote. so, please feel free to add the bits i edited out of the interview as comments. i look forward to hanging out soon. s
incidentally, a few other convergences we share: my wife, ene, grew up on the upper west side in the seventies; i went to risd, left the architecture program after 1.5 years in the early eighties.. yet i’m still a fan of the school and consider myself an alum.
